Wish I'd upgraded sooner
After struggling with a ancient laptop I was amazed at the speed, storage & usability.

Great for daily work
So far so good, had it for couple of weeks. Quite light and thin. Does not heat up much. Charges fairly quickly, but battery life is probably just average - I only work in the browser and couple of documents, I haven't timed how long the battery lasts, but needs charging once or twice a day (this morning it went from 66% to 36% in 2 hours). Has got a good number of ports compared to a lot of modern laptops. Keyboard is ok - can miss some buttons when typing as they are not very much elevated. Keyboard is backlit with two levels of brightness. The screen is matt, so the colours are not as vibrant as my 14 year old Sony laptop (thye don't make laptops anymore). Also, had to buy a new proper charger, as the one that came in a box is just a wall plug, would heat up and does not have metal pin to earth the current (I could litterally feel electric vibration when touching surfaces on the laptop, except from keyboard, which was quite unnerving but apparently not dangerous) - I had to do my own research on this. Also, it is much darker grey than in the pictures, more of platinum grey. If I didn't buy it on sale for a price that cannot be beaten for what you get, I would probably have returned it. Overall - great for daily use, I have done a lot of research to find a laptop that meets my needs all around and this one seems quite solid, and I'm hoping to squeeze quite a few years out of it.

The keyboard is wired to American keyboard and even though there is writing on the keys they are wrong. Ended up taking the laptop back and getting a refund.
