Can only review the purchase and delivery aspect which went smoothly with delivery completed as promised because the wrong part was in the box (2 of the same hinge for the ottoman part). Its taken 3 days to receive the part so not been able to sleep on a bed for that many days.

Good purchase, good storage under bed
Overall good quality. Though, the metal frame felt very hollow and light weight. Fitting instructions are clear. Not very difficult to put up the bed. The storage under bed is good, can fit large suitcases if the bottom panels are taken off and bags put on floor.

Put this together alone. Instructions were pretty simple to follow. The only part you need 2 people for is lifting the metal frame onto the bed frame. The bed looks nice and feels sturdy. The only thing is that the ottoman itself is really stiff to pull down.

Apologies, no, the headboard is what hold the sides together as the legs of the headboard are connected fully to the bed. Unlike conventional headboards that just attached to a base.
