About this product
The Elmdon Kingsize Divan Bed provides a supportive sleep surface with built-in storage for bedding, clothes and essentials tucked out of sight. The mattress rests on an open coil sprung interior with 325 springs that adapt to your body, while soft cushioning beneath a quilted damask cover adds comfort. Medium support balances firmness and stability without rigidity. The divan base splits into two pieces for easier handling and includes four drawers on both sides, allowing access from either edge.
The mattress rotates regularly to even out wear but doesn't need turning, which simplifies maintenance. Chrome feet lift the base slightly off the floor for stability and help with cleaning underneath. Each drawer provides practical depth for bulkier items like extra pillows or winter blankets. Minimal assembly needed, two people recommended to manage the weight and positioning. Comes with clear instructions and fixings to get everything set up.
The divan base perfectly complements the mattress, with its smart design, durability and practicality. While also providing extra storage inside the 4 built-in drawers.
Pair with our stylish range of matching headboards, to complete the perfect look - sold separately. Design of mattress fabrics may vary to images shown.

Excellent value
I put this in my spare room so a few family members have slept in it and they have all said it’s the most comfortable bed they have ever slept in

Not a bad short notice purchase!!
I purchased this bed a month ago for a small spare room in my house, and after reading the reviews. Delivery was on time, and one of the delivery men kindly helped me take it upstairs. Assembly was very easy and took 15mins. I tried it out - the mattress is very basic in that the springs give very little support, a bit of a roll when you move on it, but strangely is comfortable to lie on!! Two overnight family members slept on the bed and had no complaints. I will put a mattress topper on for added comfort. The divan drawers work well with lots of storage and are a good depth, but can keep opening at times by themselves as the runners have nothing to stop them doing so. This really is my only complaint. Fits lovely in the space provided and for what l need it for. Just need a headboard now. I would recommend this if you are on a budget, assembles easily, and if you need something at short notice like l did. Not sure how long it will last long term , but it is only to used as a guest bed.

Flimsy and made cheaply
Poorly made of the cheapest materials. One of the joints was opened up, had to reinforce with a woodscrew. OK for an occasional guest bed (why we bought it) but wouldn't last long in use every day.

Great size.
The bed is extremely comfortable. The mattress is not to soft. I'm 6ft 3ins tall and it's long enough and very wide for a single bed. Cushions my bad back perfectly. Springs perfect. Looks and feels it will last. Love the bed.

I like the underbed storage
I bought this to replace my old one and whilst it is a little higher than I like it's ok
