Bought as a Christmas gift so cannot comment. However, the package was slightly damaged with water marks on the package when collected from Sainsbury's. Hope fully they are not damaged.

Not as good as competing products
Whilst these aren’t bad, I feel that they are not as good as competitive products. For example, I bought these to replace a pair of Sony WCH720, and these are inferior in terms of features, noise cancelling, and build quality.

They're ok - HD 350Bt were better than HD 450Bt
They're ok however, I wouldn't recommend them. While the sound quality is good (especially when plugged in via aux cord), when playing over BT the active noise cancellation seems to cause quiet "electrical sounds", which are very annoying when playing music at low volume. I originally had a pair of HD 350BTs, and upgraded to these (HD 450BT) when I broke them. The 350s do not have active noise cancellation, while the 450s do. The noise cancellation has 2 modes on or off - there is no way to adjust to allow some noise in or fully block everything. When on (and playing music quietly), the electrical sounds can be heard - which is very annoying. When off, you can hear everything around you with perfect clarity - I'm 90% sure external noise gets played through the headphones - i.e. when active noise canceling is off, you can't rely on only the passive noise cancelling (the over-ear padding).

Top Headphones - that don't break the bank
Very crisp clear sound, Bluetooth connects perfectly, app has equaliser, you can use with the lead supplied or Bluetooth. I use for dance music and have even done a DJ set using them. They shut out all the background noise too, I never spend over £100 on headphones and have tried a few now, these are the best I've ever had. However, it's not all perfect the lead supplied is a bit flimsy and uses the very small jack. Still very much recommend.

I can advise that the noise cancellation is separate from the Bluetooth, so will also work when you are listening via a cable.

The answer to the customer’s question depends on a few factors.
Size of the hearing aid.
Size of the users ear.
The earpad openings are not very big and average sized ears get a little squished, so if the user has a hearing aid clipped around the back of the ear then this might be a little tight with the headphones.
