My little helper
Ordered the Matrix Robot arrived the next day. Easy to set up, mapped my home really well. I did find the rooms sizing difficult but eventually managed it. Won’t I don’t like is the rooms are American and I haven’t yet learned out to change the names or add extra room names. Merging kitchen and laundry room very easy. The product is fantastic, it does everything I want it to. Corners don’t get thoroughly done. I haven’t used the mop yet

For the price in the sale, it’s a good little robot the job quite well, only few annoying things are you have to wipe the map each time you you want to change or amend it, it would be good if you can store a few maps, ie upstairs, downstairs, doors open downstairs etc. Also you have to physically take the mop pad off to vacuum, there should be an option to vacuum with it on

As always Shark never fail to impress me with there products - we love this robot Vacuum and mop, it is excellent, I just wish I had spent more and got the self emptying one as this would have made it perfect.

Rubbish
Had it 3 months, worked fine. Now connection drops out to WiFi has to be reconnected all the time, say it on a cliff edge on app and in docking station. Wheel spins on tiled floor when mopping worth more trouble than doing it yourself. Yes it’s in the bin best place for it!

Does what it says - maps the rooms - remembers them - mops and vacuums - returns to base when running out of battery. Deals with rugs but sometimes gets stuck under chairs sometimes

Great all round robot vacuum and mopper
Great product, easy to set up, easy to clean out and used every day. Replacing the filter in ours meant that it totally reset itself but easy to log back in and set up and it remembered the map of our house so all good. Really pleased and a total time saver.

Love this robot. It has dual use as both vacuum and mop. Easy to use and once set to navigate your chosen area cleans beautifully. Would recommend especially if you have animals with mucky feet!

Yes, it is safe for LVT as long as the floor is fully sealed and the manufacturer permits wet cleaning. Use Vac and Mop on hard floors only and set Carpet Zones in the app so the robot does not cross onto rugs or carpeted areas during a mop run. To avoid scratching, test a small area first, keep the mopping pad clean and free of grit, and periodically clean the wheels and sensors.
It will not fall down stairs. The robot uses cliff sensors to detect drops. Keep any runners or rugs at least 20 cm back from the edge, and set a no go zone along the staircase in the app as an extra safeguard.

The RV2620WDUKWH cannot drive itself over a stair gate or threshold under 20 cm, it must be carried by hand into the next room. Keep in mind that lifting or moving the robot (or its dock) during a cleaning cycle will interrupt its mapping process and overwrite your existing map . Once you’ve placed it in the new room, power it on and start a clean, it will perform a fresh Explore run to map that space.
This model (RV2620WDUKWH) does not support storing multiple maps. It only keeps one home map at a time, so if you carry it upstairs and run a clean, it will re-map that level and overwrite your original map.
The Shark Matrix Plus 2-in-1 robot does not automatically sense puddles or fluid spills and mop them up on its own. Its built-in mopping mode simply drags a damp Sonic Mopping pad over hard floors—you’ll need to first wipe up any large liquid spills before running the robot’s mop cycle.
