Almost perfect.
Just bought this vacuum, love it. I clean a showroom and was so frustrated with having to constantly plug in my old vacuum. Love how it automatically goes from hard surfaces to carpets. Only complaints are, the battery life isn't great so I had to break up the time I spent vacuuming to recharge the battery (maybe worth having the option to turn off the light to save energy) and the head is quite large so didn't fit in smaller spaces. Generally, great suction, easy to handle. Sufficient capacity for general cleaning and if you're just whipping round your home the battery is probably sufficient too. Did have to go on ebay to buy a brush nossle and car valeting attachment but found them for a good price.

Rubbish on rugs
I am so disappointed in this vacuum, purchased after my Dyson died. It will not work on my rug, its not even a thick shaggy rug. Every time I try to go over it the red light comes on and it stops. I pulled it back a it hit the wall and took the paint off the corner of the wall....fuming!!! Should've just got a Dyson.

Avoid
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Avoid this hoover at all costs. It’s the worst one I’ve ever used. Every time we try to use it, it gets blocked within minutes and completely stops picking anything up. We’re not even vacuuming anything unusual—just normal household dust and debris—and it still can’t cope. Extremely frustrating and not fit for purpose.

For the Shark PowerPro Cordless series, it is best not to leave the battery on charge permanently. A full charge takes around 3 hours, and the battery should be charged only between 5°C and 40°C to protect its lifespan. Charging when needed rather than keeping it plugged in continuously helps maintain long term battery health.
No, both the PowerPro and the Anti‑Hair Wrap units use different batteries. We recommend using the correct battery for your specific unit.
The Shark IZ380UK doesn’t come with a dock, and it cannot be mounted on a wall.
The batteries can be purchased from the Shark Clean website.
This vacuum is equipped with led headlights in front of the floor nozzle.
There is a release button on the back of the handvac, right where the battery sits, and you just have to press it and slide the battery out, and after slide the replacement battery until it clicks in place.
A complete charge can take up to 3 hours.
You can tell the battery percentage by using of the 3 lights located on the side of the battery. Once all 3 lights are lit up, the battery is fully charged.

To do this, please turn off and unplug the vacuum, detach the floor nozzle, and carefully remove any debris using scissors. We do not publish a specific clearance for under furniture use. With the floorhead attached you should allow roughly 2.5 to 3 inches 6.5 to 7.5 cm of height, based on the floorhead height of comparable Shark models, to glide fully underneath; Flexology lets the wand bend to reach low spaces, and for gaps lower than that switch to handheld with the crevice tool.
