About this product
This Marcy folding weight bench gives you a solid training station that stores away when you're done. The MWB-20100 folds in half quickly without losing its strength. It's sturdy enough for serious workouts at home. The folding mechanism works smoothly so you can tuck it away in spare rooms. It fits users comfortably for all sorts of exercises.
The bench adjusts to incline, flat and decline positions for different muscle groups. There's a leg curl attachment plus removable arm curl included. The fixed rack holds your bars securely during lifts. Moulded back pad and supportive seat keep you comfortable through longer sessions. The rack works with different bar lengths for versatile training. It's built for home workouts without taking over your space.

Worst bench I have ever purchased / used
The bench press stands sit perfectly where the grips are on a standard 1 inch bar, meaning you can’t use the grips. This either pushes your hands inside the stand resulting in zero grip and a very awkward press, or outside the stand which leaves you less than an inch to play with between your hands, the stand and the plates. I would lift anything over 15k doing this, and one misjudged move and your hand is trapped. Leg extension, not much better. The stand at the end of the bench is a matter of inches from the bottom of the leg extender, meaning when you finish your reps your feet then get trapped between. As usual, the support from Argos is horrific and Marcy are about as useful as a chocolate fire guard. Do not buy, you will be dissatisfied. Waste of £299

Great product.
Was a bit sceptical about buying a folding bench but can honestly say I’m more than happy with this product, it’s fairly simple to build and pretty robust whilst using. One flaw and it may just be my height (6.1)the leg raise apparatuses are far too close to the front seat which can make it awkward getting your feet planted for certain positions.

Suits my requirements
Bought this item a couple of weeks ago. Once you get used to it and have a routine to suit, thats when you get the benefit of it. I think the seating part could do with being a little longer but, other than that, "it does what it says on the tin".

I bought this equipment a month ago and I use it almost every day and I am very satisfied. It is fully functional and not expensive. And when folded, it takes up very little space, which is very useful when using this equipment in rooms that have a different function on a daily basis, such as GYM.

Nice sturdy bench
Bought a month ago, lots of use so far. Very sturdy! Uprights are slightly wider than my previous bench which actually means I need to use a narrower grip when benching. Inclines are great, decline feels very awkward but that could be because I haven't used a decline bench in years. You can really tell the difference in quality of build though. Right down to caps for bolts! Assembly wasn't a 10 minute job, but hardly rocket science. I'd say took 1.5hrs, probably quicker if I'd read instructions properly...

Unfortunately, the leg developer is fixed and cannot be removed.

The item is designed to be fast folding while still retaining its integrity.
Hi Adam, thank you for your enquiry. Because of the way the arm and leg curl are attached it doesn't alter the folded dimensions greatly. It will reduce the folded height from 178cm to approximately 170cm but that would be the only dimension change. We hope this helps.
Hello, thank you for your enquiry. Unfortunately, there is no specified maximum height for this weight bench. The width of the rack can be too narrow for taller users, it can limit how wide your grip position is for bench press. This is all dependent on the user, however; if you wanted to be sure we'd recommend the Marcy Deluxe Olympic Weight Bench as this wouldn't be an issue. Hope this helps.
