Poor quality an not fit for purpose
Really poor quality - the extension poles do not even fit together properly, there is around a 3mm gap between the two so the rattle and the curtains get stuck on the protruding ridge when opening and closing them. Have now returned.

Nice looking but silly design.
This is a great looking curtain rod but the ends are a bizarre design. They pop on and pop off so that curtains can be treaded onto the rod but a slight twist of the ball at the end means a screw becomes lose and will not then rethread back into place so then the ball sits limp in place. So annoying. I’m going to have to super glue them on in a way that still allows me to take the curtains down for washing etc.

Purchased about eight months ago and was exactly what I wanted. However after finally putting the poles up there was a very noticeable join on pole where one piece slides into the other. So there is an obvious black ring at the joint and more obvious when the curtains are open. I actually bought two poles and both have black ring instead of the blending together to look like a solid pole. Clearly the gold finish does not go to pole end.

Fantastic quality for the price
It's a great curtain rail. No plastic, nice and sturdy and a lovely antique brass finish. Looks so much more expensive than it was! A tad fiddly to put up and definitely needs 2 pairs of hands but that's probably true of all curtain rails. I also used my own plugs and screws as the ones provided weren't tough enough for my solid Victorian brick walls!

This pole comes in one section and is Length 120cm-210cm.
Without extending the pole the length would be 120cm.

Apologies, there isn't a spare parts facility for this product. You will need to use a 3rd party solution to gain a new set with the correct number of rings for you to use the curtains in full.

The bracket dimensions are Length 96mm x Width 44mm x Height 16mm. The distance between the two screw holes is 20mm.
