Unfit for purpose.
I am unable to use this seat as it is excruciatingly painful on the lower back, the reason for my purchase. Can you tell me the easiest way to return it?

Pain in lower back
I bought this product a month ago and every time I’ve used it has been great on the upper back however as it moves towards the bottom I tend to feel it dig into my anusrather then my lower muscles.this creates a uncomfortable and unbearable feeling in my lower back

Great on back but hurts my bottom :(
Recently purchased this product and I have used it a handful of times and it is comfortable on the back, however when massaging the lower parts of the body ( bottom ), it really digs into the centre of your bottom, I truly think this is unacceptable and uncomfortable for the customer and the company should fix this immediately before supplying this product to more customers before hurting many peoples bottoms.

Best massage unit
One of the best massage units I’ve ever used and bought. Does exactly what it says and then some. Have recommended to many friends and family and those who have tried mine are now look to buy this model. The list price is a little dear, though I had a discount which brought the price down to a better level.

Full body massage chair??
A comfortable chair that gives a very good massage to your upper back and thighs, that can massage at different speeds. If this is what you want then this although being a bit pricey is ideal. However we bought this for the lower back, hip and glute area and for this the chair was very poor, with the main issue being that it's not contoured to backs and will miss these areas unless you push your back abnormally into and not sit normally. Other issue are that it's very slippery, if your feet are not firmly planted on the floor then you may find yourself sliding onto it and at best with the heat setting to on, it was so low that we could not feel it. Could I recommend this? No. We returned our chair as not for for purpose (hip and lower back mage) and after a brief explanation to Argos of the issues got our money back.

Simply great!
This massage cushion is just amazing. You may not realize how much you need it until you have one. The set up is super easy and having the option of full back & glut or only a section to massage is just great. The 15min auto-shut down is perfect and it fully cools down in a couple of minutes and I can just fold it up and put it away, it is very compact. It is very quiet and light weight, so easy to carry around in the house. The cable is long enough not having to use extension cable and I received both a UK and an EU plug which is great! My only challenge is to keep my cats off this cushion but other than that, no issues at all. One super happy customer here.

Amazing for my aching back
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an absolutely amazing device it’s really like a massage in a box, I’ve always suffered from an aching back and this has helped me loads since I’ve got it especially with tension spots. The settings allow you to change them to suit you and the heat is an added bonus I use this daily now it’s helped me loads

Perfect for a long day working from home
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From opening the box, this was really easy to set up and use. The easy to follow instructions meant I was able to set it up on the chair and then began to relax. The settings mean it is easy to adjust the pressure, or where you would like it to be focused. The heat is a bonus extra to the massage which helps certain aches and pains

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for HoMedics Full Body Flex Massage Chair:
The flex massage cushion has the flextrack that drives the massage nodes from your glutes up to your shoulders. Based on a certain height the nodes may target the neck but for the average user the neck is not targeted in the massager.

The supplier has advised the following for the HoMedics Full Body Flex Massage Chair:
“ The Flex back cushion has straps that allow the product to be attached to a chair, I would say that the Flex is a larger back cushion and may not fit on all office chairs.
Regarding continuous use, the Flex back cushion has a 15-minute auto-shut off, this is for the general health of the internals of the product. We recommend 15 minutes at a time, however if you feel like using through a few cycles then that is a personal choice. ”
