If a manufacturing fault develops within one month of purchase, the customer is entitled to a replacement or refund.
If a fault develops after one month of purchase we offer either a free repair or spare parts service.

The supplier has advised the following for the Red Kite Push Me Pace i Travel System - Latte:
“ Bottom liner
When the child’s height is 40 – 75cm, the lower cushion must be used.
When the child’s height is 75 – 85cm, the lower cushion may be removed.
Head cushion
The head cushion must be used at all times. The head cushion has two removable pieces of foam in each
side which may be removed in stages as your child grows. The foam is accessible through the Velcro
opening on the back of each side of the head cushion.
It is only heights that should be adhered to when referring to the removal of the foam padding. All R129 car seats will have heights and not weights or ages as this is what is required for them to pass British Standards testing procedures.
The only weight mentioned is an upper weight of 13kg for the child. ”

The newborn insert can be removed once your little one is too big for this, otherwise, the remaining pads are for safety and comfort.
