What should have took 30 minutes took 2 hours to assemble, locking nuts didn’t line up properly and damaged in three places, my daughter chose to keep It but I did report it to Argos do they new it wasn’t one of their best products

Sturdy and Modern
The unit is solid and very thick unlike others I have seen. Great value for money. It looks very nice and is used for storage. The canvas drawers are bigger than I thought they would be, and very deep. Overall a modern and compact unit ideal for small spaces. Easy to put together.

Nice and sturdy, not sure they tested the 'how to build ' document as there were easier ways to have sequenced the build and no advise to use a cloth between the hammer and the particle board so you don't mark the item as you settle the dowels in the holes, also use a hairdryer to re- stick any veneer that lifts.

Photos on line look good but only when you start assembling the unit do you see several marks and faults on it . Fortunately lm able to position the unit so these don't show. For the price l expected better.

Hello there,
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Habitat Squares Plus 4 Cube Storage Unit: While it is possible to assemble this unit by omitting one of the short dividers, it will invalidate any guarantee, safety conformity etc.. Note that one internal divider spans the whole unit with 2 short dividers running in the other direction. Also note that if a divider is omitted it will leave visible holes in the panels.

Standard 12-inch vinyl records typically have covers measuring around 31.43 cm (12.375 inches) square. This means the cubes in the Habitat unit should comfortably fit your vinyl records.

The external sides and top and bottom shelves of the Habitat Squares Plus 4 Cube Storage Unit - Black are all full sized panels therefore it would not be possible to just have one cube on the top to give an L shaped unit.

Distance from floor to underside of the bedside rail on our Habitat Mia Mid Sleeper Bed Frame is 74,6cm
