The maximum training mass on barbell support is 50kg (including bar and weights).
The maximum training mass on the barbell bar is 45kg.
The maximum training mass on the preach pad is 30kg.
Overall, the maximum user weight plus weights would be 150kg.

The Opti Bench with 30kg Weights comes with the maximum weight (30Kg) for the preach pad, and the maximum training mass on the barbell bar is 45kg, so you could add an additional 15kg for training on the Barbell only. You can find out more of Opti's vinyl weight range on our website.
