I bought JML Copperstone frying pan a few weeks ago. I love it. So easy to clean, due to its excellent non stick properties. I liked it so much, I bought another one, only a smaller version, for smaller meals.

Great family size non stick frypan. Used the pan several times since purchase from no fat fried eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, fried rice etc. The pan was really easy clean with a soapy sponge and water, no elbow grease or scourer needed...

Bought this to replace yet another Tefal pan that had started sticking, we have the same saucepans and they are really good had them a long time so thought I'd get the matching frying pan, the coating isn't quite the same but hoping it will last as long, not used it much yet but good so far, fried eggs just slide around no sticking as I don't use oil to cook them, time will tell if this was worth the money

Hi Beccy this frying pan sides are curved and measure 6cm. It is a very good pan I don't think you would ever need to buy another ever

Metal utensils can be used with the JML 28cm Non Stick Copper Stone Frying Pan however some damage may occur if used vigorously.
We would recommend using wooden or plastic utensils to ensure no damage is caused.

Hello Helen! Yes you can, but with care. I prefer metal utensils myself, but they may scrape off some of the protective layer if you are not careful. This would then invalidate any guarantee. I use both types as and when, and so far, no probs! Have a great day!
Hi, it’s 23cm across the base. I have 2 of the large frying pans and 1 small one I’ve had them for a couple of years and they are the best pans I have ever had they still look like new and I use them all the time. Hope this helps.

I only bought the frying pan and it didn’t but I think you can get saucepans that do.
Hi Lindy, sorry to say but no lid comes with this great pan. If you really need a lid I would opt for a lightweight aluminium one. But please be careful not to damage the stone coating on the rim.
When using this pan we always use an anti splatter guard and this works great for us, just as an aside this is the best frying pan I have ever used. Heats up readily, cooks evenly and so easy to clean.
Providing you carry out a little maintenance every so often as stated on the sleeve this pan is pure perfection.

I've got this pan and if you make sure the handle isn't right under the flame you can do it as I have numerous times and my pan is 100% perfect still I always use the grill to finish my omelettes off hope this helps

I would advise that this JML 28cm Non-Stick Copper Stone Frying Pan features a bakelite handle and as such you should not allow the handle to come into contact with direct heat or flames, nor place directly under a hot grill.

Personally I wouldn't consider this as the foil might not protect the bakelite handle sufficiently. I would suggest leaving the omelette a bit longer in the pan to cook to your requirements. Hope this in some way helps.
