Sturdy and amazing value
This is exactly what I wanted: a sit up bench with no unnecessary frills. It’s functional and sturdy and finally I don’t have to try to wedge my feet under the sofa to do sit-ups. And such great value! I’m honestly delighted with this purchase. Oh, and it was very easy to assemble. Now I just have to stick to my exercises!

Absolutely disgusting behaviour
If I would have given zero stars for this, will go for it. Manager of Stechford Argos absolutely disgusting. No manners and sense of talk. Staff is also not too good. Wouldn’t recommend this store.

Not impressed
I have been involved in the fitness industry for most of my life and for 2 decades ran a full time professional martial arts academy. In all that time, I have never seen a piece of fitness equipment that was so poorly designed or made, I basically wasted £50 on a piece of trash, too small and I am only 5’8” . Very flimsy and very difficult to put together, not impressed at all

The manufacturer has advised that the highest incline is 25 degrees meaning the total height of the product at this setting is 59cm. The incline is not adjustable.

It’s possible to do them, but the board is to short, being 6” + couldn’t work for me. make sure your knees are right at the bottom of board to start with, choose a light weight between your ankles and just pull your feet up all the way.

To be fair - it weighs when built about 15 kg. I am 98 kg and it works well for me.
