Couldn’t even assemble it due to flaw
Assembly was impossible as the hole drilled in the first leg I tried was not deep enough to take half the length of the screw as instructed. The instructions said not to drill any of the holes further so that was that - it had to be returned. The instructions were also unhelpful in saying we needed a mallet, a flat head screwdriver and a Philips screwdriver but the screw joining a leg to the table top had bare threads all the way along, ie no screwdriver could be used. We had to use pliers to hold the screw and turn it. I guess the very low price should have been an indicator of its quality.

Fab little end table
Really happy with these products. I bought them to replace two I had from b&m a few years ago. They were getting a bit old. One stipulation I had was the space underneath needed to fit an Ikea kallax inset box for storage. It was easy to work this out from the Argos website. I’m really please with the look of two of these side by side with kallax storage insert underneath.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for Argos Home Apley End Table - Black.
This table has not been designed for that purpose. To ensure stability and prevent the 6ft artificial Christmas tree from collapsing, we do not recommend placing it on this end table.

The overall table Width and Depth is W45, D45cm. Each leg measures 4.5cms squared. Based on these figures, the distance between the table legs would be approximately 36cm.
