Using under my treadmill
Easy to cut to size and helps protect the floor. I have a fold up treadmill that I put away after use so u can just roll up the mat and put that away too. Very useful. Good price when reduced.

A quick Google suggests this mat 6mm thick - so def a yoga rather Pilates, depending on your need for padding!
