Bed frame
I recently bought this bed for my brother and I must say, for the price this bed was priced at, NOTHING better, the quality was outstanding. Whoever made this bed deserves a round of applause, and of course the people who sell it. ARGOS, amazing sales, website easy to use, all sorted into categories. Did I mention the price, so cheap so good for the money. Will defently be recommending this product/ Argos go my friends and family, amazing.

Bought this for the spare room, it's Sturdy and easy to put together but the metal rubs on metal across the base, when we put the mattress on it was obvious any slight movement would disturb sleep. We resolved it by using a hot glue gun in between the metal. It would be better if there was something provided, something rubber or plastic.

Neat sturdy single bed
I was surprised it came in so many small sections, but it was fine to assemble. Took about an hour with some help from a 2nd person at points. One concern: it doesn’t seem to have been designed with a need to dissemble and ressemble (if moving house, for example) as the small grey plastic tabs that are used to fix the bed slats in place aren’t going to withstand being popped out and reinserted. They are also quite small so easily lost and no spares are supplied. The bed looks smart and is comfy and quiet, but I would not buy again given that I know at some point it will need to be dismantled and I don’t know what I’ll use to replace the grey plastic squares if they get damaged or lost in the process.

Don,t go with the recommended mattress as its too big

A 135cm mattress is a double size and will be too big for this bed.
The frame width for the small double is 133cm, which means it would overhang.

Footboard height 535mm. If the mattress more than 200mm, it will higher than the footboard.
