About this product
The Ring RIL3700C Utility Work Light provides hands-free lighting where it's needed. Dual magnetic bases grip metal surfaces so it positions under bonnets, on toolboxes, or along pipework. The ratcheting bases and rotating body let you angle the beam exactly where you're working. Hanging hooks add another mounting option when metal isn't nearby. Whether you're a mechanic, electrician, plumber or builder, the LED bulb delivers bright illumination for inspections and close-up tasks.
The rechargeable lithium-ion batteries give hours of run time without the need for spare bulbs. The rotating body turns through a full circle to direct light into tight corners or across wider areas. Includes two lithium-ion batteries in the box, ready to go straight from the package. The durable construction handles the knocks and bumps of daily trade use, and the two-year manufacturer's guarantee backs it up.

Good work light.
Great led garage/hood light fitting. I actually use the fitting as an additional light overy my work bench for more detail working. The extra light helps considerably. Fix anywhere with by the integrated hook or magnetic feet the runtime isn't great on full power.charge time is as stated in the manual.

Exactly what I was looking for
Was looking for one of these and needed it asap fortunately Argos had them and they were cheaper than anywhere else. Great lamp, with various ways to secure it and a good battery life between charges.

Most illuminating…
I was totally surprised by the size of the box when the girl came out from back with it… it’s a superb lamp, with multi-angle magnetic feet at each end, two hooks, one each end for hanging off anywhere they are able to attach too and a very bright light strip that has two power settings… and the first setting is BRIGHT! Very good value and a very usable lamp too!

What a great LED Product……
RIL3700C MAGflex Utility Recharegale Light. This rechargeable light is amazing because it has a magnetic 🧲 on both ends so you can use it to put on a vehicle. The features are really good from being LED to being rechargeable & cordless. It also twists too. It’s a really great product for everyone who needs a good led light. I would definitely recommend this product.

Multi use, great all rounder!
This Magflex utility rechargeable light is a great addition to my home tool kit I got this for my partner do some work outside under my car which has yet to be carried out Meanwhile I have put this through its paces and can confirm that it lasts 2 hours on the maximum setting from a full charge with a huge amount of light output It gives enough light output for general use on the low setting which gives a full 6 hours of light if needed The photo with the pink curtains was taken in pitch black at midnight and it easily rivals the bedroom main light. As it is a longer cob type led light it doesn’t cast shadows like a torch does when your hand gets in the way. The magnets are very strong and can be angled to pretty much attached to any metal surface There are also 2 hooks which can be pulled out of the back and angled or turned to meet most requirements where a magnetic surface is not available The light feels high quality and is very robust to use It does take around 5 hours to charge but this is a fair trade off for the 2 to 6 hours of use and not having to replace batteries The light comes with a recharge cable that plugs into any USB phone charger. The light is rated at IP20 which means it will keep out dust and dirt etc but it is not waterproof so it will need to be used under shelter Overall I am very happy with the light and I will be using it a lot in the future

Brilliant bit of kit!
Absolutely brilliant bit of kit and so handy to have! Very sturdy, well built lamp, with strong magnets at either end (which also rotate 360 degrees, so able fit pretty much any position or shape required), and where no metal available to attach via magnets, there are 2 hooks on the back which sit in a very well designed slot when not in use, so they’re out of the way. This is a very bright lamp (1000 lumens) with 2 light output levels. At the highest level, the operating time stated is about two hours, which admittedly could be better, but still good for those jobs where you need some extra light! Great for using around the workshop, working on the car, or even just to have around the house!

Good durable light
Overall very happy with product. Easy to set up and use. Good brightness and has a brilliant twist/rotate function which was easy to use. Fairly light and seems durable. Rechargeable and has an indicator which is handy. Downside: on full power, it lasted less than 2 hours (only by a bit). Would like the power to last longer

The brightest light for any job
This light is the brightest by far. It makes any job easy as it illuminates the area perfectly. With two different settings and its magnetic features it is able to be used anywhere and hands free. This light is very lightweight and easily carried.

“ The RIL3700C will operate for 6hours on low and 2 hours on high. It takes 5hours to charge to full.
This lamp has a short, wide beam, optimised for illuminating the area you are working in, such as for use under a car bonnet. By contrast we usually measure the distance of the beam on a torch, as this is designed to cast light further afield. The type of lighting product you buy will depend on its intended use. ”
