I bought this around a month ago and it was doing okay. However yesterday I turned it on to mop and it kept making drill noises (vibrating) and hardly any steam was coming out. Very poor quality! So unhappy with this!!!

I bought this steamer a couple of weeks ago as my other one blew up. I had had it five years., this back Steamer does exactly what I want, I mainly use it as a handheld steamer for kitchen cupboards the bathroom and areas where you cannot always clean properly. I like the way you just turn the cap once to refill, very good value for money. Excellent for cleaning windows especially the outside. Very, very happy with my purchase.

The steamer works well on hard floors, however, there are a few problems. The cap to the water tank is really fiddly and difficult to remove. Also, the squeegie is very difficult to attach and is a bit too small for the job of cleaning window. I also think the cable is a bit short.

This has just happened to me. Argos promotion says detergent can be bought with this product then get home and it cant. Annoying would have gone for the next model up.
I bought detergent too because it came up as frequently bought together- it doesnt appear to now
