Good product, room for improvement though
Large buttons are great as my parents sight poor. Volume, even at highest point & on loud speaker, needs to have even greater option to increase, both parents also hard of hearing even when hearing aids are supporting. Sound is muffly/crackly which has impact even in me who’s hearing is not impaired. Accept it could be some type of network interference causing crackling but other phone used was fine. Would be a super product if both 1st & 2nd suggestion above could be improved.

Easy to use handset
Easy to use landline telephone with large buttons. Very happy with purchase. Was looking for hands-free speaker options which it has. Overlooked the fact that this phone runs on batteries so will need to make sure batteries are always in stock. Advantage is if electricity down phone will still work.

Easy to use phone with helpful features
I bought this for my mother-in-law with dementia who is also hard of hearing. It’s very easy for her to use and has a very useful button that allows her to increase the volume whilst on a call. Very happy with the purchase.

Good, useful features
Bought for elderly dad who has difficulty with standard size buttons. The volume adjustment was also a good feature and was used to help him with answering and making calls.

For my mother who’s hard of hearing, it seems to work fine and she says it’s ok, think it could use a bit more amplification of sound but then she’s nearly deaf.

Bought this phone for a friend with poor mobility and no spare electrical sockets on her lounge, do brilliant battery operated is ideal. She is very pleased with the phone. And being hearing aid compatible, will a good loud speaker is great for her, and as usual great service from Argos
