This battery train moves forwards and backwards at the push of a button. It's got a working headlight to guide the way, a cement mixer wagon that really spins, and a coal tender that tips up to unload. The magnetic couplings connect quickly to other BRIO waggons and carriages. The set works with all classic BRIO wooden track pieces, so you can add to layouts as they grow. It's a solid starter set for early train play.

The battery compartment takes 1 AAA battery, which comes included so the train is ready to run. The wooden construction is tested to strict safety standards that go beyond legal requirements. The magnetic hooks make it simple for small hands to build their own train combinations. Suitable for ages 3 years and over.
