About this product
You're setting up for a session at home. This Opti rowing machine features a hydraulic resistance system with 12 levels of tension control. It's designed for full-body use with a rowing position and a sit-up bench function. Flip it over to switch between modes. The feedback console keeps track of time, calories and count during your session.
The pivoting foot plates have adjustable straps to fit most foot sizes. Transportation wheels let you move it around easily between uses. It folds up for storage when you're finished. The hydraulic system delivers consistent resistance throughout each stroke. Lightweight design makes repositioning simple whenever you need.

Bought a couple of weeks ago and can feel the benefits of use. Great little machine for toning up. Only problem is the counter is not accurate.

Good for oldies
Just what I wanted. As a 63 year old woman this is a compact and manageable rowing machine. The resistance is adjustable but once I have warmed up a bit I can use the highest setting without problem, which could be a negative for someone younger and fitter. Enjoying using in the privacy of my own home and feel better for it. I was also able to assemble it by myself so not difficult.

Yes it does move, there is a small knob below the seat which is a little confusing to use, but yes you can lock it at the lowest position and have it move along the bar freely

The seat of the Opti Multi Rowing Machine is static when the machine is in use. It does not move or pivot along the bar while rowing, remaining in place during operation.
