Incorrectly advised
Bought Hisense 32inch tv described as UHF’s tv. Spent hours talking to virgin etc , eventually contacted Hisense who who confirmed NOT und tv. Contacted Argos who caterogatory could do nothing , no recompense for extreme hassle caused , I am visually impaired , DISGRASEFUL ARGOS , will never buy from you again and advise future Argos Buyers to be aware

Hisense 32 inchE5N QT UK.Qled rv
I purchased this tv two weeks ago and installed it on a wall bracket in my bedroom .I was initially very impressed with the visual performance to the picture quality . Being an retired broadcast e ginger, o was able to adjust the picture grey scal ,gamma and rgb cut off and white levels to give me an excellent picture. Alas it was short lived ,after only using the tv for about 7 days of bedtime viewing it developed a fault.. Whereby the remote switched the tv out of stanby ut would not action any other commands. I did a reset by removing the power plug for two mi uses and re applied the mains power via the wall socket switch .The tv powered up into standby and again was switched on by the remote control power but and the tv displayed the same channel but could not be changed .The remote although it switch the tv on nothing else could be cha ged ..Argos offered me a refund ,so I have purchased a 32 inch qled tv . So far all OK. Im very disappointed with the Hise xe tv because all the reviews said it was brilliant, which I agree but for only several days when it refused to function I have searched this fault and many users are having this fault which is suggested could be the signal pad. I hope you find this review helpful.
