Great toning exerciser

I bought this resistance trainer a couple of weeks ago and I can already see results after using it daily for 5 or 10 minutes at a time. The degree of resistance is just right and it’s excellent for toning the legs - I also incorporate it into my arm exercises. It’s compact and portable so it’s really easy to use without any trouble or fuss. I would highly recommend it to anybody wanting to increase tone , strength and flexibility with ergonomics.

Caution required

I am getting on a bit in age so thought that this would be ideal to help me avert any wee accidents. My first thoughts were it is too strong for me to use without it hurting my knees but I have adopted using it with a towel between it and me which makes it usable. Time will tell if it helps or not. My advice is - beware anyone with fragile bones.

Easy to use

I bought this a few weeks ago. I feel it has already made a difference in the glute and quad area. I bought it because these areas had weakened slightly.
