Good solid bench
I bought this to be able to do workouts at home when I couldn’t get to the gym. I looked at a few Argos had and this seemed the best value for what I wanted. It was a bit more expensive than some of the others but is a good sturdy bench. Arrives already assembled, you just need to adjust the seat and back angles to your preferred positions. I keep it stored under the bed, easy to assemble/disassemble and the locking mechanisms keep the bench steady. Great value, would recommend.

Decent bench
A good bench, feels stable and good for various exercises including bench press and overhead press. Adjusting the incline takes a few seconds as it's a screw handle as opposed to a pin. Overall good for the price, delivered on time and a nice addition to my home gym set up.
