The Product was new and intact as described, however it came with no cover that expensive products are usually covered in so that nobody knows what’s inside and steals it. Other than that everything was great.

Charging Issues
I have the previous Powerbeats and constantly had issues with them charging in the case, but decided I'd give these ones a go anyway as they look different so thought they shouldn't have the same issue. They didn't hold their charge at all, I'd get one use out of them (for an hour max) before they needed re-charging. Could have been a one off issue with these particular ones. Returned and refunded.

Perfect for when you're active
If I'd a penny for every time I'd head a friend say they had lost a airpod when they'd been running, cycling or generally doing outdoor stuff, i'd be a rich man. These combine almost all of the airpod features, but with the round the ear clip... i have no fear of losing them! The noise canceling is just as you'd expect from an apple product. The heart rate monitoring is great, the sound quality is great and they are perfect for those of us who love our apple gear but don't want to lose an airpod. Delighted with them.

If you need to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of collection or from the date of delivery to return your item(s).

- In a re-saleable condition and security seals intact (where applicable)
