Bad noise-cancellation
Poor sound quality with excessive treble. Ineffective noise cancellation, produces white noise in the background. Ergonomically, the earbud keeps slipping out when using the controls. What a disappointment! Returned mine.

My wife absolutely loved her beats which were purchased to replace her airpods which tended to slip out when running. The set up is very easy and they fit perfectly. They connect easily and the noise cancellation is amazing. The battery lasts longer than the old airpods

- In a re-saleable condition and security seals intact (where applicable)
