Love
Absolutely love!!! Brought for my 10 month old, loved fact he can see but also lie down if he gets tired. Very hands for public transport as it collapses and can fit next to me on a seat

Much better than more expensive alternatives
We have a much more expensive one and got this for a holiday so we’d have one buggy for each child, and we were much happier with this one. Much sturdier. Much cheaper! Fit in plane overhead compartment etc.

Not the colour I was expecting
Unfortunately I had to return as the pics show a black and grey pram but it's actually red granted it does say ember but I took that as the name maybe my fault but pics should show a red pram shame as size wise its perfect for my needs holidays etc ive went on to buy the same pram in the colour I was expecting and its great

Great travel option
Purchased to navigate a long train journey and a weekend away with my 8 month old. Easy to put up and down, can push/steer with one hand, basket is big enough for a small weekend bag, very lightweight and comes with extras included like rain cover and bar. Small wheels struggle with uneven terrain relative to strollers with larger wheels, but this is an unavoidable feature across all lightweight strollers.

Perfect for holidays
Brought this pushchair for our 4month old to take away to Santorini for a week and was so impressed with it. Lightweight, easily collapsible and fit perfectly in overhead storage on planes. No need to go into hold (unless you’re asked of course). Couldn’t recommend this pushchair enough.

Brilliant!
Lightweight and super easy to collapse and set up. Comfortable for the little one with good features like the adjustable angle for sitting and leg support. Would thoroughly recommend as a travel option (and performs pretty well not just as a travel option!)

An absolute gem
I bought for my 18 month granddaughter. She absolutely loves it. It is sturdy yet lightweight. Folds up small enough so that taking the bus or train makes travelling so much easier. Would highly recommend.

Hello Nikki.
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Joie Pact Pushchair - Ember:

It has a lie-flat recline which creates a cosy, ergonomic haven from newborn to toddler. It is not an upright seated position.

Hello Ez,
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Joie Pact Pushchair - Ember: ''Our Pact stroller is a fully certified stroller, approved to European safety standards EN 1888-1:2018+A1:2022 and does not include a newborn insert.
This product is suitable for use from birth to a maximum of 15kg, approximately 3 years.
When using from birth we recommend that the seat is in the most lie flat reclined position and check the shoulder slots are utilised nearest to little ones shoulders in the lowest position. The footrest should be in a horizontal position.
Please ensure the child is positioned centrally and the 5 point harness is fastened secured.''
Thank you for using Q & A.
You would need to purchase a universal one if you want that extra support as I don’t feel the straps would adjust to the size of a newborn to fit snugly
