Bought to replace a very old machine, the whole process was easy and smooth. We did receive a lot of emails from Hotpoint after purchase but I cannot say they weren't thorough. Delivery was super, very very polite chap. Dishwasher has some great features - rapid wash, done in half an hour which is just great. Display is clear and easy to read - all in all great product
