Great party speaker
I bought this speaker for the Xmas and new year, although I've been considering a party speaker for a while anyway as they are very versatile, great features, it can be used as just a speaker, link up some microphones for karaoke and has a guitar mode too, I play an aucustic guitar so I can't comment on what it's like with an electric but I imagine at will be good, usually when I buy audio equipment I go for Sony which I did consider because they do a good party speaker range too, but in all fairness I'm glad I went for this one, the sound is exceptional, very clear in low and higher volume levels, usually in higher volume levels you get a bit of distortion but the JBL is as clear as a bell as the saying goes, the battery option is a great feature too, though it doesn't last as long at higher volume levels, but I think that's to be expected, it does come with quite a long lead to plug it in to recharge or just run it off the mains, the power is punchy especially with the bass boost and plenty of power for my needs, I was considering the next speaker up from this one in the range but I'm glad I didn't because it would have been too powerful, I think this speaker bangs out 160watts at peak so that's plenty for what I want it for, obviously if your looking to fill bigger spaces with sound I'm sure the top ones in this range bang out some serious watts, all in all I'm very impressed with this speaker and I would definitely recommend it. Btw it's easy to connect anything to it.

Wow, the bass. This JBL speaker delivers
I purchased this a month ago and I am so glad I did. It connects via Bluetooth easily, I love the light show which you can turn off if you wish, also the sound effects. But my main appreciation is the bass. Wow, the bass! JBL does not fail to deliver. The speaker itself is a little heavy so could have done with wheels. I would definitely recommend this speaker for normal household use. Not sure how it would perform in a larger venue.

Extremely loud speaker!
I bought the speaker a couple of weeks ago and it's great! The speaker ir super loud, great, great bass! I used to have the JBL Extreme 2, so this was a nice upgrade! The battery life runs out quickly, but you can buy extra batteries or just connect to the electricity. At Argos the staff were also really helpful on the moment I collect the speaker.

Amazing speaker
The JBL PartyBox Club 120 is a mid sized party speaker. It has an amazing sound for the size and can balance sound great whether its pop music, heavy bass or classical and everything in between. It's a great speaker for a party as it can handle both instruments and vocals. It is easily portable with both a built in battery and power lead. It also has a swappable battery so can be swapped if not able to plug in where its being used. The speaker also has dual inputs which means both instruments and microphones can be used at the same time. It also has multipoint Bluetooth features and the ability to link with other speakers. There are a few downsides to the speaker. These include the weight. It weighs around 11kg so although it is portable it can be heavy. The battery life is also a downside. It can be used for up to 12hours if it is on low volume, no bass boost and no lights. If these features are used it can last up to 6hours. Overall this speaker is a brilliant addition to any home to just play music or to be used at events such as parties or small gatherings.
