Bought this item as it fitted into the setting I needed to install it. But did’nt read all the description and operating instructions. The filter which needs to be cleaned every use, is situated at the back of the drum, where you have to lean right into the machine and try and get the stiff filter of the back of the drum. Then after cleaning you have to put it all back together and try and get the filter back on. I have difficulty in bending down now but I just manage it, and then with the help of a grab handle aid which I use to pick things off the floor. I manoeuvre it over the fitting hole and push it hard to get it back on. If I hadn’t damaged the box I would have returned said dryer. Now we are in the winter season I am in dread of the daily fiasco I have to face. As I chose the dryer my husband is helpful in doing the chore for me he, but is not sympathetic to the cause. Perhaps the company will take pity on me and replace it for me. And the pigs are flying over head.!!!!!

Bought this a couple weeks ago, and I have to say I’m impressed for £200 I really am happy and it’s pretty big inside for my washings, as I do a lot of washings. It takes pretty quick to dry too! Would definitely recommend!!

not for the elderly , the filter is very difficult to get at it lays back into the machine and needs to be emptied each time its used, DIFFICULT TO GET TOO WITH MY STATURE

we wanted a vented tumble dryer for winter. all our condenser dryers have shrunk our clothes even on low setting. this one hasn't shrunk anything and comes out pretty much crease free with th cool setting at the end of cycle
