Received faulty product, Pan handle was not 100% tight and secure. Messaged Green Pan twice now regarding refund/repair/replacement and not had a response.
Very nonstick, looks cool. Reasonable price. What's not to like. Supposedly PFAS free so should be healthier... At least until science moves on and discovers something else that kills us slowly!
We bought a set of four pans from this collection. They are all gorgeous and three of them work like a dream. One of them immediately started to stick and burn. We contacted customer care, who could not offer advice or a replacement pan.
I love the look and the three that work, but disappointed that there is no quality guarantee on the products, which are inconsistent.
First time purchase of Green Pan. This is excellent and is smooth and 100% non-stick. The duck blue colour and wooden handle means that it also looks grand. Very content. It also arrived within 24hours of order.
We were gifted this pan for Christmas 2021 for our new home and after not even 3 months of light use everything is sticking. The wooden handle has also split. We were gifted some lovely soft utensils to take care of our new pan and have followed all the instructions. The pan has been well taken care of after use but now is stained and rough. Complete waste of money and we don’t recommend.
Green pan, how do we get a refund?
I am a big fan of Greenpan for our family and our baby as they are healthy pans but i am really disappointed with this specific pan. It’s sticky and it takes me ages to clean it!!! I would not recommend this product. I think something must have gone wrong with the coating. It’s a shame as I love this size (24cm)
