Not as good as I expected.
This looks a nice phone, with easy to use features. However, it wouldn't even let me set the date, which made anything else a frustratingly impossible task. Even getting the battery cover open to remove them when returning the phone, was impossible.

BT 3960
I'm trying this with my new hearing aids and using speaker phone. I'm learning the menu. There is a leaflet with arrows pointing to control buttons, which isn't clear. I tried BT on line but it's the same leaflet. On Google i found out straight away how to go between speaker phone and volume when calling. I'm still working on other functions.

Easy to set up
My answer phone had gone wrong so I ordered this one. Very easy to set up but does have to be charged for 16 hours before you can use it, but working well.

Bought to replace our old handset. We need a landline as have poor mobile coverage. It was a good price and does what it says on the tin, we don't need it to do anything fancy.
