Bought 2 weeks ago when the weather turned chilly. The king size blanket fits my double bed perfectly. Keeps feet and shoulders nice and warm. No cold spots. Placed my blanket under my all cotton mattress protector. Nice and comfy to sleep on.

Better than my hot water bottle!!
I bought this as a hot water bottle replacement. When I opened the package and saw how thin it looked, I wasn't sure if it would do the job but was pleasantly surprised when it did exactly as I wanted. I switch it on about and hour before I go to bed and the bed is lovely and cosy to get into. I take it off the bed as soon as it has heated the bed as I don't like the idea of sleeping on it. Much better than moving a hot water bottle around the bed. Also thought it was good value.

The supplier has advised that the Silentnight Comfort Control Electric Underblanket - Single wattage is -
Setting 1 : 12 Watts
Setting 2: 25 Watts
Setting 3: 40 Watts
The wattage on the size/models do vary, however this is only relevant on warm up, once the electric blanket has reached temperature, it is recommended to reduce the settings down to setting 1. This can then be run for longer periods of time like throughout the night.
