I'm disappointed with this hoover especially when it comes to hoovering the stair carpet,it doesn't pick up very well and I have to put it on boost which uses up the battery.

Battery timming
I am returning the Shark Cordless Stick Vacuum IZ400UK because the run time is far below what is advertised. The product description states that it offers up to 60 minutes of run time, but the unit I received only lasts around 10 minutes on a full charge. This short battery life makes the vacuum unsuitable for my needs and does not match the advertised performance. I would like to request a return or replacement.

Not a fan, not for me!
Having had a Dyson previously I find this clunky to use, heavy and the light is great but the head does not get to the area highlighted to be honest I do not like this at all & wish I had spent the extra and bought a new Dyson!

Does the job
I like it as a hoover, it does a good job. But it is heavy and I am constantly having to untangle something from the head. The light is a nice addition, it does a good job but overall it's quite expensive for what it is

Who wants to push a heavy hoover with wires around when you can have a lightweight one that makes life easier. I actually like hoovering again. As the unit is powered by a chargeable battery, you don't have to plug it in a socket.
The brushrolls are always engaged when the motorized floor head is powered, and it doesn't have a on/off button. But you can also use the handvac only to hoover as well.

This unit features two rollers: a brush roll and a soft roller. It is important to note that only the soft roller can be removed for cleaning. If any hair becomes entangled in the brush roll, you should continue cleaning using the carpet setting on hard floors, low-pile carpets, or small area rugs. If some fibers remain wrapped around the brush roll after continued use, please remove them carefully. To detach the soft roller from the nozzle, simply pull it out by the tab.
