The supplier has advised the following for the Pro Action Summit 65L Backpack:
The main compartment is "closed" by a cord which cannot be locked as it's not possible to fit a padlock to it. You can add a lock on the front, double zipper though as you can slot one through the little holes on the ends of the two pull tabs to keep them together.

From the information we have available I can confirm this Pro Action Summit 65L Backpack is suitable for all sexes as it is fully adjustable with its ergonomic backstrap system which can easily accommodate any size or sex from a teenage through to more mature adults. The padded waist belt transfers the load to your hips and a fully adjustable back strap height system. The bag also has a bladder hydration section with an easy accessible port for on the move.

This backpack is fine to fit the 200gsm sleeping bag with package size 30 x 18 x 18cm comparing to the ProAction Summit 65L Backpack size W31 x D25cm.

It certainly cannot hold 65kg! Just because it has 65 litres of VOLUME does not equal 65 kg WEIGHT. Thats like saying it could hold 65kg of rocks...which are obviously a lot heavier than clothing etc.
