Perfect replacement
Bought this to replace a similar one which broke after many years of faithful use. So far I am very pleased with it. The wooden handle is long enough for my height 5ft 7 and the hoe is sharp and can also deal with hard ground. The fact that it was reduced was another bonus.

Only just purchased this so can’t comment on its durability but is a good weight with a nice sharp blade. Others have expressed concern about the handle length but I think they must be exceptionally tall

This Spear & Jackson stainless dutch hoe really is great value at £20 from Argos. Solid ash handle and good quality stainless steel blade make for easy hoeing, though, being tall, maybe handle could be an inch or so longer. Overall, well worth twenty quid.
