I bought this 2 weeks ago to improve my overall fitness. I have used it every day since. It has just enough information on its battery powered display, without any unnecessary gimmicks. No need to find a plug socket nearby either like some. I use a smart watch to track and log my workouts anyway. It is very stable and feels well made. Especially considering it's price point. I have already noticed physical improvements from using it too. Really happy with my purchase.
