It’s great. I just put the smoothie in turn it on and it’s all made and I drink it straight from the cup. It’s great being able to take it to different places in the Kichen that haven’t got power. Highly recommend it. The usual ninja quality.

Inadequate design for cleaning
I love this blender. I make milkshakes mostly and it saves faffing about with other gadgets. However, this is not fit for purpose, as the cleaning instructions are not only inadequate, they are a health hazard. The fluid, in my case milk, gets under the gasket seal in the base unit. No amount of blending with warm soapy water was sufficient, so I removed the gasket for a more thorough clean. I was horrified, as there was black mould under it and bits from my fruit shakes. The blades and any part of a blender need to come apart for thorough washing or preferably dishwashing. The blade section needs to be detachable from the electrical components. This was badly designed and now that I am aware how difficult it is to clean, it has become a lot less convenient to use. I regret my purchase.

I bought it few weeks ago. It does the job, battery could last longer but still it not too bad. The speed is not as great as I thought. Another thing that it doesn’t fit in the car cup holder which annoys me.

We would advise not to store the Nutribullet Portable in the fridge as the cold temperatures will degrade the battery.

Yes there are features in place that will stop the blender from ever working. If it is not assembled correctly or tight enough the motor will not turn on at all, but there is nothing further then that.
