Easy upgrade, bought this SIM free to get software updates for another 4 years as last model, also Motorola had outlived it updates & was starting to glitch. Quick exchange from handset to handset of my apps photos etc and soon up and running again. Came with silicone cover in the box and new charging cable which fits existing plug from previous model. All round great little phone. Suits my usage. Would definitely recommend.
