About this product
You're starting your morning workout without leaving home. This electronic exercise bike tracks your session with a Bluetooth console. It displays speed, distance, time and level as you ride. There are 32 resistance levels you'll adjust during your workout. The seat and handlebar move to suit your height.
The console connects devices via Bluetooth to sync your data. There's a holder that keeps your phone or tablet secure. Self-levelling pedals with straps hold your feet in place. An emergency brake stops the bike instantly when needed. Transport wheels let you move it between rooms easily.

Is fine for spin for me
Been using this for a couple of weeks now. I do feel the 32 gear levels are misleading as levels 1-20 feel the exact same resistance. However so far it’s worked perfectly well for me to do les mills spin classes while at home. (With and added gel cushion, but I had h same problem at the gym)

Excellent bike
Apart from i cant work out how to change from kmph to m.p.h on computer on the excersice bike.(round computer) is there a way?

A good exercise bike
Easy to put together and easy to use exercise bike. Feels sturdy with different seat and handle bar settings for comfort. The seat is a little uncomfortable but overall I am pleased with this bike.

Good features for the price
Easy to assemble with some good features. I have used it for a couple of days, and the only downside so far is that the saddle is not the most comfortable, but hopefully I will get used to that. One thing to note is that the plug for the electricity is from the back of the bike, which is not that handy for me.

Great bike with stand to put ipad on whilst cyclin
Bought over a month ago, fairly easy to assemble. Best feature about the pn board computer on the bike is that you can increase the resistance, just like pedalling up hill. It is stable and comfortable 👍

This doesn't have model numbers, you would be using the catalogue number which is 4190521.

Its an argos own brand and there isnt a model number as such. Had one delivered this morning. Looks well made, relatively easy to put together. English in the manual leaves a bit to be desired in parts. Talks about a target which seems to be a count down, but cant work out how to set that atm. Probably worth the 150, time will tell....

Both according to the Manual - i have linked it to Kinomap. For this you use what appears to be a generic protocol FTMS - so i assume it would support anything that can handle that

Theres a dial on it that adjusts the resistance between 1 and 32. If you want to make it easier or harder, just spin the dial, no need to stop. The benefit of an app is that it can change the resistance for you. The app will replicate a road ride, where some is flat, some it up hill and some down.
