Awesome bit of kit!
This machine is incredible. I've had several cordless vacuums over the years and this one is worth every.single.penny. Even now I am astounded at how much it pulls out of the carpet. Its absolutely evident that shark have listened. it comes with decent tools, the flexology handle is so handy its unreal and the auto empty system is just plain cool and works perfectly every time. There are only 1 thing which could be improved. The scent cartridge it came with wasnt very strong despite being new.

Disappointing
Got this as a replacement for my upright cordless shark vac, and honestly thought it would be so much better with it being new and extra technology but really disappointing. I dont think it picks up as well as my previous one, also miss having a hose for using it on stairs and in the car so you cant get into tight spaces with the handheld. Its good for using as a quick whizz round the house but wouldn't rate it as an everyday vac

I HATE THIS MACHINE SO MUCH
I can’t describe how much I loathe this thing. I had a Dyson v8 for years that I replaced with this and I regret it every day. I was tired of having to switch heads, and the auto empty sounded so lovely, but I have yet to hoover even half my flat without having issues. It chews up light rugs, which is… fine. I use the eco and they barely get cleaned. But this thing has blockage issues ALL THE TIME. ALL the time. My place is 90% laminate and I just can’t use it. The roller spins but everything gets caked up and stuck on the front smaller roller. It’s so useless I could cry. It’s just constant. If you’re not solely hoovering dust, it can’t work. I wish I’d never touched it. I honestly can’t remember ever feeling so conned by an overpriced lemon in my life.

Best vacuum ever
Had plenty different brands of vacuums over the years from all the major brands. Had a shark pet duo clean for the last 8 years and it never let me down once, so thought stick with a winning team. Ninja for the kitchen and Shark for the cleaning. Loved the idea of the self emptying and the intelligence of the system so bit the bullet and ordered. Best decision ever, absolutely love it. The intelligence of the system is amazing, you work around the house it speeds up, slows down increasing and decreasing, reading the floor types and the lights change colour as you go. The suction is excellent, and I was never a fan of hoovering hard floors, always got the brush out and pan out but this is amazing. The hoover understands you’re on a hard floor so puts a blue light on the front, effectively like a black light, and if you’ve ever used one of those it , they show every bit of dirt, exactly what happens here and you scoot around picking everything up, currently makes it feel like a game and gets me smiling, not what you expect while cleaning. Self emptying is probably a bit gimmicky and expensive but great, it all just empties into a bigger box that you eventually have to empty in the bin anyway but it does have an attached air freshener which really does work, not sure about cost and how long they work but if not too expensive would use again in the future if reasonable value. Dirt pick up is great on all floor types, tools are all well thought out and solid and the unit is easy to clean. Very happy with the quality and can see it lasting a number of years. Would definitely recommend.

Shark auto clean vacuum
This vacuum is great. Suction on carpet is perfect with the added benefit of boosted suction if you put the vacuum next to the skirting board. Really easy to manoeuvre and the auto clean option means that it never gets filled. My wife really appreciated it as her birthday present. Lots of brownie points 😄ha ha!!!

Brilliant with dog hair
Brilliant little machine. Copes well with dog hair, I have eight dogs and it copes well. It’s easy to take apart to clear any blockage or to clean rollers. I did struggle at first when the tank was overfilled ( my fault) to get it all open to empty into the bin but a quick five minute video on YouTube sorted it out !! It charges quick and battery lasts a while.

Empty the dock dust bin when the dust bin full indicator light comes on. To remove the bin, lift it out by the handle. To empty the bin, hold it over the trash and press the release button on the side. The bottom will open to release the debris.
