I bought this a few weeks ago and when I collected it noticed there was a seal on package to say it had been checked by Argos. Didn’t really get what this meant but was eager to try out the styling wand. Took it home and set about the styling hair…..burnt myself 3times!! Then looking at the box realised I should have had a glove(probably to avoid burns) and a carry pouch, neither of which I had. Realise now that the seal probably meant it was returned and resold!!! Not the best experience.
