I got my 2 seater sofa delivered on december 3 rd 2025.On december 18 th i contacted customer care as the sofa started sagging on on side.Great customer service support..uploaded photos of the sofa .Now i am awaiting a replacement. Sofa is comfortable for short average sized people..looks lovely for a small living room..and height of the sofa is not that great..

Argos Home Milano 2 Seater Sofa
Easy to order online from argos. Looked forward to new sofa arriving on given date. Sadly first delivery date was cancelled. Next delivery date was a week later. 2nd Dec 2025 which arrived and friendly, polite delivery drivers. Sofa is nice cozy for 2 average size people. OK it's listed as "Real Leather" but I think it's not real leather, maybe faux leather, but that's fine. My only 2 real "Nags" the sofa back is sagging on one side already after nearly 3 weeks. And my other "Nag" it's around 2" or (5.08cm) lower than my other 2-seater sofa. An easy remedy by MILANO, would be to provide taller feet on the bottom of the sofa. Yes this would lift it up more to a more better height for an average person. It's really low, if you have osteoporosis or an average height. For a really short person it would be fine, I guess. But all that said, it seem a OK (not bad) sofa. I would buy it again? Well if it was that 2" taller off the floor. It just need replacement feet.

Argos Home Milano Leather 2 Seater Sofa - Burgundy:
Thorough Cleaning is recommended at least every 6 months to remove the gradual accumulation of body oils, perspiration, skin acids and general soiling, this includes the oils/hair from pets. It is recommended to use a specialist leather cleaning kit.
Please note: Before using any cleaning aids, please read instructions carefully and do a test on a hidden area first.
