Garmin smarty pants watch
I bought it about 3 weeks ago now & I have to say its a brilliant watch !! And for the price, it looks, feels & performs like an expensive smart watch. I got a few smart watches ie samsung smart watch but I feel this is very close to the more pricey samsung & apple watches. It's got all the same features. Looks better as well...

Excellent watch from Garmin as accurate at measuring physical parameters as any other watch on the market. Argos description however states it's wifi compatable but it isn't.

too many features for me
I was looking for a simple watch to basically just track my runs and steps. This one does so much more and has many many features that I will never use like tracking my sleep, naps, messenger, weather, music, HRV and gives me a daily report on my activities. If you like gadgets its great but if you like plain and simple, it has too many wasted features.

Great upgrade for my old Fenix 3. After taking the plunge from my 2017 Fenix 3 I am pleasantly surprised that I can actually log my cardio workouts!!! Took some research to find out why it kept buzzing at me with my steps but after realising I needed to change from “1l step to “3,000” it soon stopped! Very impressed.

The standard Garmin Forerunner 165 does not have Wi-Fi only the Music Edition has this feature, which can be connected through the watchs settings or the Garmin Connect app.

You must connect your watch to the Garmin Connect app on your phone or to the Garmin Express application on your computer before you can connect to a Wi‑Fi network.
1 Hold UP.
2 Select Connectivity > Wi-Fi > My Networks > Search for Networks.
3 Select a network.
4 If necessary, enter the password for the network.
The watch connects to the network, and the network is added to the list of saved networks. The watch
reconnects to this network automatically when it is within range.
