Bought this as im a) a lego marvel nerd and b) its the first lego wolverine i have so at the price its a steal. Great set...looks good when built with the other marvel sets i have!

X-tremely overpriced
Like many of the other reviews here, I cannot condone how expensive this set is. At the time, I really just wanted the Rogue minifigure, not realising the X-Men Mansion would be coming out. In hindsight, I wish I hadn't bothered with this set. I let my son build it, he's 7 years old and it took him about 40 minutes to build. The set has my personal pet-hate: stickers. For this price, the bricks should be printed. You'd be better off finding the older, discontinued Xmen vs Sentinel set on Ebay, which has some cool unique outfits and and a better looking jet in my opinion. It'll cost more, but it's still better value for money than this.

Great set at a discount price.
As a child who loved watching X-Men in the 90s this set is a dream come true. At full price it is a little too expensive for what you get, but Argos had a 3rd off, and I had to have it. The figs and the jet look so good and I can't wait for more LEGO X-MEN hopefully more reasonably priced from the start.

Cost is high, for what you get. However, my son loves the finished build and we’ve spent a lot of time playing together. This, for me, is what matters most.

Double the price of similar sets!
This has the same number of characters and nearly the same number of pieces as Shuri’s Sunbird, yet is double the price! Unbelievable cost for a boring build

Fun blast from the past. Mini figure count was good. My only problem with it is the instruction manual that comes with it is way too dark and hard to distinguish pieces as your building. Lego group needs to lighten up on the pages, especially with dark pieces.
