We brought this broom as we have a.laminate throughout our maisonette, it is fab. The silicon bristles catch all the dirt & cat fur. We love the extendable handle and also that it can be used indoors & outdoors. Our floors have never looked.so.clean.

Brilliant pet hair lift and trap broom.
This extendable pet lift and trap broom is excellent on my carpets, i didnt realise how much pet hair was trapped in them. Its a very versatile broom and easily cleaned. Great value.

Broken and Bad Customer Service
Broken and unusable handle wouldn't stay extended. So can't comment on use. However Customer Service at your Beckton Store has prevented me using the remaining balance on the gift card it was purchased with yet!

You need to twist the handle to unlock and you can pull to extend. When you have the desired height twist the handle back to lock in place.
