I’m amazed at the quality of these knives. I purchased these when they were on offer and I’m not in anyway disappointed with purchase. They are so sharp when I first used them I couldn’t believe how easily they sliced through meat, vegetables virtually anything with ease. The quality is impressive with a good weight to both knives and block. I haven’t used the sharpener yet but I can only assume it will be as efficient as the knives ect…. I’m so glad I purchased these as I had been looking at them for a while and would strongly recommend these to anyone who enjoys cooking.

Yes there’s a small hatch opening at the back for the dust /shavings from sharpener easy to use but would recommend removing the knives before tipping up to empty
There’s a compartment which you can open to change the stone after 2 years at the bottom of the sharpener so expect the dust will come out when this is done. As haven’t needed to sharpen the knives as they are so good. Just use for veg and fruit.
