Brought this to replace my aging H500 Hoover model. Very good replacement lots of power and much easier to empty. Great product.

Couldn't be your sole vacuum
I bought this as something light and easy to grab, just to try and keep on top of the daily mess with a toddler and two shedding dogs. Pros: It's super light, very nippy and easy to get into spaces, charges quickly, not too loud, and light is really bright and great for seeing what you're aiming for. Cons: Unfortunately it doesn't pick up a huge amount of what it shows you! I think because the opening for the suction tube is so small and it doesn't create a good seal on the floor, you have to be centrally over what you're trying to suck up and it takes a lot more passes over an area than it should. It doesn't have good enough suction to lift anything that isn't incredibly loose debris, whereas our "proper" house vacuum will grab anything that dares get near it, even if it's squashed into the carpet or a bit stuck to the floor. It does an okay job on the hard floor, but is fairly useless on the carpet for anything other than a spruce up. I vacuumed the kitchen floor with it, then covered the exact same space again with our other vac and picked up easily the same amount. In short - I wouldn't have paid full price for it, but if you want something to keep on top of 75% of the stuff on your floor, and you're still happy to run a proper vacuum for a better clean every few days then this is worth having for the convenience.

Delighted with my purchase. Wish I had bought it sooner. Easy to use and assembly was self explanatory. Useful to be able to use it as a hand held for stairs. Does a good job of hoovering up cat hairs. Thoroughly recommend this.

Great vacuum with not so good battery
Great vacuum for the price. Amazingly powerful and the tools do an amazing job. Down side and the reason I give 4 stars. Battery doesn’t last as long as I would have liked. Hoover every day for 5mins and have to charge on the sixth day. Taking the battery in to account I would definitely recommend.

Hoover HF4 Anti Hair Wrap Pet Cordless Vacuum Cleaner comes with an adapter cable that plugs the battery into the mains to charge. You can charge it while it's connected to the vacuum cleaner, or remove it and charge separately.
