Turns an already great console into an epic beast!
Bought this for use while travelling for the OLED (also compatible with the normal Switch), and I'm super impressed with it. The thumbsticks have more range and movement, and for guys with bigger hands it's ideal. So easy to install, simply slide the Switch in and it automatically locks in place, then hold a button round the back to release it again. There's a USB input on the back for charging like regular. Very happy with the product.

So far, so good. Great controller.
Bought for my son for Christmas. Looks and feels great. Solid with good button layout. He is 11 and struggled at first to release the Switch from the controller, but has the knack now. Fixed a problem he had with the joy cons disconnecting while he was playing a game.

Don't waste your money.
Picked mine up from Argos as usual got home unpacked made the necessary adjustments to my switch IE wired controller mode connected and work for 2 mins and then just stopped working completely. I tried everything troubleshooting resetting nothing worked. Returned. Ironically CKRD means cracked and my case it was broken rubbish.

I own this product, yes you can charge the Switch through the Nitro Deck. There are 2 USB C ports on the back one for input - charging - one for output - TV or PC connection.

It doesn't allow power pass-thru, you would need to take it off to charge the switch.

The case as a whole can disconnect from the console; however the Joy cons can't disconnect from the case itself.

The Nitrodeck USBC pass through on the back supports charging only and therefore will not support USBC dongle.
